The Jefferson Awards are a way to honor ordinary people who do extraordinary things, without expectation of recognition. WBOC is one of more than 150 media partners that participates in the Jefferson Awards. WBOC Web Editor, Kye Parsons, along with the 2013 Jefferson Award National Nominee, Clifton Harcum, join us to explain why the Jefferson Awards are so important. You can nominate someone until October 10th.
