Fall Salad with Warm Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Roasted Butternut Squash
Toasted Pumpkin Seeds
Warm Cider Vinagrette
Warm Apple Cider Vinaigrette
1 cup olive oil
1 TBL minced red onion
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
¼ cup maple syrup
1/3 cup apple butter
1 TBL whole grain mustard
1 TBL fresh thyme leaves
1 tspn orange zest
Heat oil in a pan on medium heat and melt onions until translucent.
Remove from heat and whisk in remaining ingredients

This competition brings together 50 pumpkin carvers of all abilities from beginners to master carvers and every level in between.
