What’s Happening Today – Sept. 21, 2016
Today on DelmarvaLife:
Last October, MJ Butler was riding his bike home in Seaford, Del., and was struck from behind by a pickup and thrown into the corn field. Following MJ’s accident would be months in intensive care units with critical injuries from brain surgery to severely broken bones. Today, MJ joins us in the studio to tell us his story and his future plans.
Dr. Chris Snyder with Peninsula Regional Medical Center joins us for another “Ask the Doc” segment. Viewers have sent in questions about “bar rot” on their fingers, mouth ulcers, staring off into space, binge eating, and ingesting hard water. Be sure to tune in to hear what the doctor has to say.
We’ve got a new way for you to get a handle on stress. Nancy Rothner, the creator of “Pinch Me Therapy Dough,” joins us to talk about her product. The Pinch Me Therapy Dough works on a multi-sensory level. The scent triggers a response to have a full open breath, squeezing the dough brings focus to the hands, and tension is kneaded out through the finger tips. Pinch Me Therapy Dough comes in all different scents as well. Check it out here.
