Veterans Day is less than two weeks away, but UMES Hospitality Tourism Management students have already started planning an event to honor local veterans. On Friday, November 9th UMES, along with the Salisbury Area Chamber of Commerce present A Salute to Our Veterans, A Gourmet Dining Experience.
