Today on DelmarvaLife –
Director and producer, Matt Bogdan is from Community Players of Salisbury. He’s telling us about the company’s newest production, due to hit the stage in November. It’s called South Pacific. You can watch the play at Wicomico High School on Fri 11/2/18 8:00 pm, Sat 11/3/18 8:00 pm or Sun 11/4/18 2:00 pm.
Milford photographer, John Mollura is here to tell us about “Help-Portrait’s” mission, which is to empower photographers, hairstylists, and makeup artists to use their skills, tools, and expertise to give back to their local community. Surrounded by water, Delmarva is vulnerable to flooding, but what does the future hold when it comes to sea level rise. We get some answers from the Interim Dean of the Salisbury University Henson School of Science and Technology, Dr. Michael Scott, who’s spent a lifetime studying the effect of global warming. We’ll find out if and when we could lose a significant amount of shoreline.
We’re hanging out with the band Lime Green! They’ve got a cool name with an even cooler sound. You’re gonna get to hear all of that soon as they swing us into another great weekend.
Author, David Dutton of Milton is here to tell us about his third novel called “One of the Madding Crowd.”You can pick up a copy here.
