We’ve got another batch of furry friends who need forever homes! In today’s Pet Connect, we feature animals from Talbot Humane, Easton Petsmart, and Worcester County Humane Society.
April Brilliant, WBOC 102.5’s mid-day radio host, tells us all about “April’s Animals,” a segment she does on the radio where she brings the animals on air. Listen in to WBOC 102.5 on Mondays at 11 am for April’s Animals.

Halloween is just around the corner and your little ones will be eager to put on their costumes and visit neighbors in hopes of getting lots of candy. As a home owner, you turn your front light on and clear the sidewalk of any debris. Here’s a question you probably haven’t pondered – are you liable if someone falls on your property and gets hurt? Attorney Kelly Dunn Gelof, managing partner of the Tunnell and Raysor Law Firm in Sussex County, helps us answer that question.
Maybe you’d like to dress up your car for Halloween and drive it down the Ocean City Boardwalk! You can with the Ocean City Downtown Associations Drive in Disquise. It’s all part of the OC Vintage License Plate Rally. Cars with the plate will also be in the parade. Decorated cars will also join the OC vintage plate cars during the rally, which will roll off at 27th street. The public will vote for their favorite decorated car. There is a $25 donation fee for non-vintage license plate participants. For more information, go here.
“Chasin’ Time,” is based out of Seaford, Del. They perform “Does He Love Me” and “Chain of Fools.” Be sure to tune in at 5 pm!
It’s not every day you get the chance to win a brand new roof for your home. It’s all thanks to Spicer Brothers Construction‘s Delmarva’s Neediest Roof Contest. The winner will receive a new Gaf Limited Lifetime Roofing System. Enter here.
