Milton was originally founded as “Head of the Broadkiln” in 1763. It was later renamed Milton in honor of the famous poet. Today, the town is still going strong, and it’s all thanks to Milton’s passionate people, and their commitment to community.

For nearly 15 years, Irish Eyes Pub and Restaurant has called the town of Milton home, and it’s easy to see why the people have welcomed the eatery in the community with open arms.
The Butcher Block opened up in February of 2016. It’s a meat market with a “mom and pop” feel. DelmarvaLife’s Katie Zarrilli checks it out.
