Today on DelmarvaLife:
Every holiday season, we visit Park Place Jewelers in Ocean City. Sean stops by Park Place Jewelers today to show us popular gift ideas.
By now, you’ve got your meal planned for Thanksgiving. Wondering what to do with the leftovers? Musical Chef, Johnny Mo from Mallards at the Wharf in Onancock, joins us in the kitchen to make the “best Thanksgiving leftover sandwich ever.”
INGREDIENTS:
Leftover turkey breast slices
Your favorite sprouts
Tomato sliced
Nice thick grain wheat bread
Muenster cheese
1/2 can whole cranberry sauce
1 T orange zest
1 qt mayo
METHOD:
Mix cranberry sauce, mayo and orange zest together. You’ll be glad you have this for the holiday season! Keep refrigerated.
PREPARATION:
Now to build your sandwich! Spread cranmayo generously on each piece of bread, add a good portion of sprouts (lettuce could be substituted) then tomatoes, cheese, top with that gorgeous turkey breast, finish with slice of bread. Cut in half and enjoy!
