Many others will be staying right here on Delmarva for “Hats for Hospice.” It’s a fundraiser for Coastal Hospice that has guests dressing for the horse track and competing for the best hat. Hats competing for “Best in Show” are on display at Vernon Powell in Salisbury. Stop by to vote for your favorite. The 8th annual Hats for Hospice Preakness Party will be held on Saturday, May 18 at 4:00pm at Tall Tales Brewery in Parsonsburg.

1 tsp of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 squeezed lemon juice
1/2 tsp of shrimp boat spice
1 egg yolk
Whipped together in a bowl separately
Set oven to 425

2 Quarts of water in a sauce pan brought to a rolling boil with 2 Tbs of salt
