Social media a part of many’s lives. Whether it be Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram, you’re likely to see a selfie of you or a friend somewhere along the site that day. Everyone strives to get the perfect picture and share it with their followers, but some are taking the want for the perfect selfie to a new level – even going under the knife. WBOC News, Caroline Coles, joins us today to talk about social media and the increase in plastic surgery in her segment “Influenced Decisions.” We learn about what kind of procedures they’re seeing done, what information she learned that surprised her, and we alsolearn about a woman she met named Diana Sukar, who admits she’s had work done. To hear the full story, tune in to WBOC news tonight at 7 PM.
When working out, it can sometimes be hard to find the motivation to continue. But, what about adding a four-legged friend into the mix? Today, DelmarvaLife’s Sydney Whitfield is joined by Carin Langen of Right Balance Studios in Lewes to learn about Puppies and Pilates classes where adoptable puppies join in to add some fun to the workout session and the cost is donated to Brandywine Valley SPCA. Puppies and Pilates will be held Saturday, May 12th from 12 PM – 3 PM with classes at 12:30, 1:30, and 2:30. Pre-registration for the event is necessary and can be done here!
