The Founders of “Buckets of Love,” Sisters Reagan and Payton Garnsey fill buckets with toys and puzzles and then give them to other children who are in the hospital. This Monday, the Jefferson Awards Foundation will recognize Reagan and Payton Garnsey at its Annual Gala in New York City.
