It’s time to vote for the best brewpub. Dogfish Head Brewing and Eats is one of 20 craft brewpubs around the country nominated as the best in the US by a panel of beer experts. You can vote once per day until the poll closes on Monday, March 25th at noon.
We learn about a bug the Delaware Department of Agriculture calls a destructive threat to commercial crops. The Spotted Laternfly is an invasive species and Delaware is the second state to have found it. Environmental Scientist, and the coordinator of the Cooperative Agricultural Pest Survey Stephen Hauss gives us a look at this “hitchhiker” and the damage it can cause.
Today is the first day of spring and the kick-off to the Great American Clean-up. Julie Miro Wenger is the executive director of Keep Delaware Beautiful, an affiliate of Keep America Beautiful and talks about how we all can take simple steps to keep our land trash-free.
Now that spring is here, you may want to get out on and enjoy the sites on a bicycle. 102.5 WBOC’s Corey Phoebus and Syd stop by Salisbury Cycle and Fitness to get some pointers on how to get back on the seat and pedal safely.

CoCo’s Strawberry Crunch Recipe
Cream cheese filling:
4 8oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup Graham crackers
1/3 cup unsalted butter
2 tsp cinnamon
Strawberry crunch toppings
1 pk golden oreos
1 pk of strawberry cookies
CoCo’s Brown Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1c. Brown Butter
1/2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Brown sugar (packed)
1 egg & 1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla (no imitation)
Mix until incorporated
2 1/2 c. A.P Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking soda
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Whisk together, then mix with wet Ingredients until incorporated
Theennnnn… Chocolate chip overload, here you can put as little as 1 bag of chocolate chips or more, you can also add nuts of your choice as well!
