We’ve all done it – you don’t feel well or you get an odd symptom, so instead of going to the doctor, you turn to the internet. Next thing you know, you’ve self-diagnosed yourself with some rare disease. Instead of putting yourself through the stress, you can ask PRMC‘s Dr. Chris Snyder in our “Ask the Doc” segments. In today’s “Ask the Doc,” Dr. Snyder answers viewer questions about dry needling, congestion vs. allergies, dry eyes, and hemoglobin levels being too low when donating blood.
Colorectal Cancer is preventable, but you have to be screened. That’s the message behind Colorectal Cancer Month. Leading the charge on Delmarva is the Dorchester County Health Department. Tamika Watson is the administrative case manager for the Colorectal Cancer Prevention Program in Dorchester. We learn all about symptoms, risk factors and how important it is for people to get screenings.

Have you ever thought about drinking tea for wellness? Today, we’re learning about the benefits of drinking certain types of tea. Marketing Coordinator with the Spice and Tea Exchange in Rehoboth and Ocean City, Brenda Ptautsch, joins us in Historic Studio D today to give us a tea tasting and talk about the benefits of teas.
