Delmarva’s own Saleta Nichols visits Historic Studio D and brings with her some hardware! The 14-year-old of Federalsburg recently took home a world title in the Local Super Stock soap box race on Saturday, July 20th. We learn how she got into this hobby and how it felt to become a world champion.

Today we highlight the “Just For Girls” program. We talk to public information officer Travis Brown of the Worcester County Health Department and Makya Purnell, who is a former program participant. They share how this helps young girls and why programs like this are so needed.
