If you were ever in an emergency, you already know to call 911, but most emergency situations can induce panic and fear. That’s where something called “Smart 911” comes into play. Sussex County Emergency Operations implemented the system, which can help dispatchers get the information they need to quickly respond. The system provides 911 dispatchers with vital information they need, if you should ever be in an emergency. It only takes a few minutes to sign up, but those few minutes could save your life.
Lieutenant Tim Robinson, with the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, has another list of “Most Wanted Monday.” Lt. Robinson also discusses what it was like to provide security at the 2017 Presidential Inauguration.
Chef Jeremy Dashiell, of the Vittles Food Truck, stops by to make a delicious salmon teriyaki with brussels sprouts and rice. Chef Dashiell says it’s a healthier option for people who are trying to watch their weight.
