Delaware Law Enforcement for Special Olympics is hosting a dodgeball tournament, sponsored by the Delaware State Troopers Association (DSTA) to benefit the athletes of Special Olympics Delaware. The event is Sat., March 25, but you’ll want to register your team now. There are 36 team spots and each team is guaranteed to play at least six games. For more information, go here.
Sean joins us from the Boys and Girls Club in Dover. He talks with Terri Brown, the chair-person of Dancing with the Delaware Stars, about the upcoming event on Jan. 28, 2017. Sean gets a lesson from one of the professionals and shows off his moves.
Jeremy Tyler, the manager of Cafeteria Services at One Stop Cafe, tells us about the Food and Service Training Program, or FAST. The program is a 12-16 week intensive full-time training program for entry level employment into the food and service industry. It prepares graduates to enter entry level employment in targeted occupations such as short order, institution and cafeteria, restaurant cooks as well as bakers and some dietetic technicians. - 1 Hard boiled egg ( Chopped)
- 2 Slices of bacon ( Chopped)
- Tomato ( Diced)
- Red onion (Diced)
- Bleu Cheese Crumbles
- 4-6 oz Boneless Chicken Breast
- Texas Pete Mild (Buffalo style chicken wing sauce)
