If you plan to travel in the Dover area on Tuesday, this is just a reminder that there will be several closures for inauguration ceremony for Governor-Elect, John Carney and Lieutenant Governor-Elect, Bethany Hall-Long. The City of Dover Police Dept. will enact a parking restriction on Monday evening. On Tuesday, several roads will be closed to traffic starting at 6 a.m. DelDOT has a smartphone app that can alert you to the road closures and help you figure out your route. Girl Scout Cookie S’Mores Pie
14 crushed S’Mores Girl Scout cookies
3 tbsp unsalted melted butter
1 cup heavy cream
8 oz semi-sweet chocolate
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Marshmallow Meringue Ingredients:
8 large egg whites
2 cups sugar
½ tsp cream of tartar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
