As heart month continues on, we are bringing our focus in today’s show to exercise. We sit down with Jeanne Ruff, executive director of the Guerrieri Heart and Vascular Institute at PRMC, who speaks to us about the importance of physical activity and how you can incorporate it into your everyday life. She also talks to us about the benefits of physical activity and why during heart month it is important to talk about getting and staying active.
