They have talked about bringing a train like the one in Strasburg to Worcester County. They are doing studies to see if a train is feasible. Bill Badger, Economic Development Director, is really excited about the possibility of having a train in Worcester County.
Removing bed bugs is a half-billion dollar a year industry. Bed bugs hibernate in warm, dark places in your home. Angie, from Angie’s List says bed bugs are something you want to address immediately before they become a big problem. Bed bugs make bite marks in groups of three and seeing red and brown stains at the top of your mattress can also be a sign.
Jim Muir, Professional Exterminator, says a heat treatment works best for clearing the room of bed bugs. However, a heat treatment could run you $1,200-$1,800. Angie says if you have a small infestation, you can take care of the bed bugs yourself.
Inspecting for Bed Bugs:
- Watch luggage carefully
