Young Inventors – YMCA Kids Camp – Monday, June 22, 2015
Ambition is ageless. As a matter of fact, young minds across the country are taking a creative leap into problem solving. Proving that statement are three young women who represent thousands of young inventors. These three girls have some great ideas and they are prove you are never too young to make a difference.
These girls are members of the Invention Convention, an organization designed to encourage students to explore their natural curiosity in math, science and technology.
- Morgan Gibbs invented a bullet proof poncho to help with survival in case of an intruder.
- Nyrobi Whitfield invented leather tip gloves for sore, calloused fingers without changing the sound of musical instruments.
- Zora Whitfield invented Leave ‘Em a cleaver compose bag to keep the environment clean.
Three inventions but just a look into how three young women are changing the world.
