Halloween Hair & Make Up – All About Faces – Friday, Oct. 30, 2015
Crystal Miles, from About Faces Day Spa and Salon, takes us through a couple short costume “how to’s” and festive nail art you could do.
It doesn’t have to cost a lot to get the look you want, it just takes a little creativity.
You can recreate their looks with makeup you already have or use face paint/costume makeup to save a little money.
Some skin types don’t react well to all of the layers of makeup and paint we put on it for Halloween. It is advised that you do a skin test on a small patch of skin the night before Halloween. Leave the makeup or paint on a patch of skin for about 10-12 hours.
Skin rashes and irritation is temporary, however the colored costume contacts could cause you more serious damage.
Costume Contact Dangers:
- Infection, loss of vision
Reminder: it is illegal for anyone to sell you any contacts without a prescription.
