Butler days that you can definitely become addicted to your phone, many people let it interrupt their lives and pick it up every few minutes no matter what they are doing.
Research says that college students are most likely to become addicted to their cell phones. Leslie Donnelly, a licensed psychologist, talked about how much college students are on their phones and how they let it interrupt their lives and interactions with people.
