Sean makes mint chocolate chip ice cream with the directions and help of Rudy. Sean first adds the milk into the machine and while it is mixing, they add the flavor. Once the flavor has been added they flip the switch for the refrigeration and wait 6 minutes before adding in the bittersweet chocolate pieces. After 7 minutes, the mint chocolate chip ice cream is ready to be put in the tub to be sealed.
From there, the ice cream is put in the freezer that is set to minus 25 degrees so it can harden up. Before it is ready to be served, it is moved to a freezer that is set to around 0 degrees so it will be ready to scoop.
