Dogfish Head Distilling Co. will be offering behind-the-scenes tours to celebrate their newly expanded scratch-made spirits line the week of Nov. 16.
On Monday, Sept. 21, Dogfish Head Distilling Co. debuted its new spirits portfolio at an industry event. Throughout the Sept. 21 event, Dogfish Head Founder and President Sam Calagione made it clear his one wish for these new goods is to make them the most gifted items this holiday season.
With new American-made copper stills, veteran distiller, Graham Hamblett, and a handcrafted ethos, Dogfish Head Distilling Co. believes there is no better time to release these 100% scratch-made spirits onto retail shelves.

On Nov. 16, Dogfish Head Distilling Co. will be offering ‘Grain to Glass tours’ to celebrate the new spirits. These special evening tours include a behind-the-scenes look at the distillation process – grain knowledge, brewhouse overview, fermentation information and finally, a look inside the new distillery and a complimentary Moscow Mule at the end of the tour.

The tours will be offered on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at 6:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m., as well as Thursday, Nov. 19 at 6:30 p.m. and 7:15 p.m, fitting 25 people in each tour.
Dogfish Head has been making small-batch spirits since 2002 at its Rehoboth Beach brewpub. In 2015, the company decided to expand its line of 100 percent scratch-made spirits and produce Analog Vodka, Compelling Gin and Whole Leaf Gin at its new distillery at the center of Dogfish Head’s Milton campus.
Bottles will be available for purchase with the merchandise shop hours extended to 8:30 p.m. on the evenings of the tours. To buy tickets for the ‘Grain to Glass tours,’ click here.
