Delmarva Baby Passed Away from Trisomy-18 – Mother Tiffany Miller Shares Her Story
What an incredible story we heard on DelmarvaLife today. It’s a story filled with courage, strength, and above all, faith.
Baby Gabriel was diagnosed with Trisomy-18 only a day and a half into his life. Trisomy-18 is a genetic mutation created by an error in cell division. Baby Gabriel had an extra 18th chromosome, and that chromosome cost him his life at only nine days old. Two years later, Gabriel’s mom, Tiffany Miller is sharing her story.
The Miller family received help from the Ronald McDonald House during those nine agonizing days. Now, they would love nothing more than to give back. If you were touched by Gabe’s story and would like to donate in his name, Tiffany says there is an incredible organization here on Delmarva called “Believe in Tomorrow” that would love your support. If you would like to read more about the organization, you can do so by following this link: http://www.believeintomorrow.org. If you would like to read Tiffany’s story or donate to the Believe in Tomorrow Foundation in Baby Gabriel’s name, you can do so by following this link: http://www.firstgiving.com/fundraiser/tiffanymiller9/promnight
Hear Tiffany Miller sing “I Will Carry You” by Selah. This song is close to her heart because she feels a connection with Gabriel.
