He shows us two smoothie recipes that are not only easy and healthy, but will also keep you full throughout the day!
Spa Cucumber
- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup of ice
- Peel, seed and chop cucumbers
- Blend cucumbers with the juice of 1 lime, honey, ice and water
- Serve cold
Creamy Berry
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Blend ingredients together
- Enjoy
