Summer Cucumber Dip with Lefty’s Alley and Eats

Chef Tom Kramer with Lefty’s Alley and Eats in Lewes shows us how to put together a summer cucumber dip.

Summer Cucumber Dip
Ingredients:
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 large cucumber
- 3# cream cheese (softened)
- 1 lemon juices
- 1 oz fresh dill
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Directions:
- Cut up fresh dill
- Peel and shred cucumber
- Mix all ingredients together
- Serve with crackers
