White Chocolate and Strawberry Bread Pudding with Chef Flo from the Market Street Inn
Here’s what you need to serve 12-15 people:
- 9 Eggs
- ½ of fresh squeezed lemon
- ¼ cup of Vanilla
- ½ lb Butter
- 3 cups Sugar
- 16 cups of bread (small diced)
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup white chocolate
- 2 cups fresh strawberries
- Preheat oven to 350
Combine sugar and butter in large mixing bowl
Add all ingredients except white chocolate and strawberries and whisk together well
Fold in white chocolate and fresh strawberries
Bake covered for 45 mins.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15-20 mins
Remove from oven and chill in refigirator
