Ingredients:
1 Pound of Red Potatoes quartered
8 oz of Andouille Sausage Links
1 Pound of Fresh, Head-on Shrimp
2 Ears of Fresh Sweet Corn
2 clusters of snow crab legs
2 TBS of Shrimp Boat Spice
Salt to taste for the potatoes
Directions:
1. First, roast the red potatoes with salt until fork can go through it.
2. Second, cook the shrimp in boiling water and season to taste.
3. Next, cut the sausage and corn into quarters.
4. Add in this order to a pan for steaming or roasting.
– Potatoes, then sausage, then shrimp, then corn, and finally, snow crabs.
5. Spread Shrimp Boat Spice over the top.
6. Cook for 8 minutes on 450 degrees.
