Ital Stew
- 1 buttercup squash, cut into cubes
- 1 large carrot cut into cubes
- 1 sweet potato, cubed
- 1 irish potato
- 1 scotchbonnet pepper
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 bunch of scallion, chopped
- 1 cup Red Kidney Peas
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 cup fresh coconut milk
