Homemade Pimento Cheese with WBOC’s Lindsay Tuchman
Homemade Pimento Cheese Dip
- 1 Block White Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Block Yellow Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 – 3/4 Cup Mayonnaise
- Dash of Cayenne Pepper
- 1 Small Jar Pimento (about 1/2 oz.)
Shred blocks of cheese. Place cheese, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and pimento into the food processor and mix together. You’re looking for a chunky consistency. Check product for cayenne pepper and mayo (you can always add more if you need to). Enjoy!
