Goat Cheese & Pistachio Truffles with Plate Catering
- 8 oz Fresh Goat Cheese
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 1/4 t. Dried Oregano
- 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Pistachios
Mix all but pistachios in a bowl. Make goat cheese balls and roll in pistachios. Chill in airtight container for 20 minutes before serving.
