Chef David Filipic Sr. with Beach Road Round-Up in Chincotague, Va. shows us how to make French toast and a cheese steak egg roll-up.
Beach Road Round-Up is open Tuesday-Saturday, 7 am-3 pm, and Sunday from 7 am-1 pm. Their menu consists of many delicious breakfast sandwiches, burgers, quesadillas and flatbread pizzas.

- cinnamon to taste
- 3 oz cheese steak meat
- choice of cheese
- 1 1/2 oz cup fried onions
- 1 1/2 oz fried green peppers
- 3 eggs
