Chicken Zucchini Pasta – Thursday, April 23, 2015
Chicken and Zucchini Pasta
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
1 clove minced garlic
1 lb. Chicken Breast Cut into bite sized pieces
2 Medium Zucchinis
1 Medium Tomato, Diced
1 Tbs. Dried Basil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in pan. Add garlic and saute until softened.
Add chicken and cook thoroughly.
Using a Veggetti or vegetable spiraler, cut zucchini into noodles.
Once the chicken is cooked, add Zucchini, tomato, basil, and salt and pepper.
Cook until Zucchini is tender.
