We’re making Baby Back Ribs with Blueberry Mac and Cheese and a Mango Habanero Chicken Burger.
Baby Back Ribs
Prepare your Baby Back Ribs with a dry rub made up of the following spices:
Six pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Kicking chicken
Brown sugar
Blueberry Mac & Cheese
Boil and drain your pasta noodles.
Mix with Havarti Cheese, heavy cream and blueberries.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chicken Burger
Ground chicken – make into patties and bake or fry.
Chef Chauwan used the following spices in the patties:
Garlic
Paprika
Salt and pepper
Cumin
Add the following toppings to your liking:
Mangoes
Habanero mango cheese
Prosciutto
Chef Chauwan used an apple brioche bread on which to serve the chicken burger.
