Diced Green Peppers
Red Wine Vinegar
Powdered Wasabi Mixed with Water
Season tuna with Cajun seasoning, cook rare, then slice thin. Put together corn salsa by mixing diced tomatoes, diced green peppers, cilantro, red wine vinegar and corn, set aside. Dice cabbage, brussel sprouts, carrots and kale and combine to create a “slaw,” set aside. Assemble tuna, corn salsa, cabbage blend, wasabi (powder mixed with water) and avocado on flour tortillas. Enjoy!
