Waverunner Performs “Say You Love Me” and “The Night’s Young”
Have you ever heard of the genre ‘new wave pop?’ The band Waverunner joins us in the studio to give us an energetic performance that will have you dancing along.
Waverunner from Newark, Del. is performing for the first time on the Mid South Audio Stage. Their music style is described as “new wave pop” and they say Hanson and Michael Jackson are their biggest influences.
Most of the band members work in a music related career and they practice in lead singer, Aaron’s recording studio. They perform original sets and cover sets a few nights a week.
Waverunner has been a band for two years, but this group of six members has only been together for a couple months. The band members have known each other for a long time and mesh well.
