UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation is Seeking Grant Applications
The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation is seeking grant applications from families in need of financial assistance to help pay for their child’s health care treatments, services, or equipment. The Foundation wants to fill the gap between what medical services, or items, a child needs and what their commercial health benefit plan will pay for.
Qualifying families can receive up to $5,000 per grant with a lifetime maximum of $10,000 per child. To apply for the grant, fill out an application to see if you qualify.
