Drag Racing: 52nd Anniversary Winners Crowned – U.S. 13 Dragway

Sunday at U.S. 13 Dragway brought in a great crowd for the 52nd Anniversary William & Juanita J. Cathell Memorial Super Chevy Show. The great weather brought out the best-of-the-best between the drag races and the car show. Ricky Payne took the win in Top Eliminator while David Hornsby won in Pro Eliminator. John Elias won Street and James Farmer took another win this season in Pro Bike. Ryan Lecates takes the win in Hot Rod. The Jr. Dragster 1 win was taken by Keith Riddle, while the Jr. Dragster 2 win was taken by Dacia Powell. The Top 10 Grudge List driver took the track for some heads-up racing. Lewis Jones took the Top 10 win when his car crossed the 1/8th mile marker first.

 

Top Eliminator: Ricky Payne takes the win over Brooks Moore by running closer to his dial, 7.86 on a 7.87 dial

Pro Eliminator: David Hornsby runs a 10.02 on a 10.01 dial for the win against Glenn Groton

Street Eliminator: John Elias runs dead on his 12.89 dial to win against Sharon Landry

Pro Bike: James Farmer runs a 8.56 on a 8.54 dial to win against DJ Lockwood

Hot Rod: Ryan Lecates wins with a 11.70 on a 11.64 dial over Sam Schman

Jr. Dragster 1: Keith Riddle wins with a 8.96 on a 8.94 dial against Zach Shirkey

Jr. Dragster 2: Dacia Powell runs a 7.98 on a 7.97 dial to win against Tyler Powell

Top 10 Grudge Race: Lewis Jones crosses the finish line first over Lance White for the win
