Drag Racing: Chase Huber takes Jr. Dragster 1 Win: U. S. 13 Dragway

U. S. 13 Dragway held one of their last few Friday night races this past weekend. Friday night held several classes and the Raymond Townsend III Jr. Dragster memorial race. Chase Huber took the Jr. Dragster 1 win as Keith Riddle took the Jr. Dragster 2 win.  Jamie Russell took the in in Top ET, Chad Thurman won in Mod ET, and Harvey Powell won in the Outten Brother’s Pro Bike Division. Michael Jefferson won in Street and Jerry Wilkerson won in Hot Rod.

 

Top ET: Jamie Russell ran a 7.45 on a 7.44 dial to take the win against Glenn Reese.

 

Mod ET: Chad Thurman took the win as Crystal Hudson dropped red in the finals.

 

Street Eliminator: Michael Jefferson ran a 11.58 on a 11.51 dial to win against Buddy Layfield.

Hot Rod: Jerry Wilkerson took the single for the final round win.

 

Outten Brother’s Pro Bike: Harvey Powell ran a 9.17 on a 9.00 dial to take the win against Brian Wongus.

 

Jr. Dragster 1: Chase Huber took the win over Autumn Huber when Autumn dropped red.

 

Jr. Dragster 2: Keith Riddle ran a 7.93 on a 7.91 dial to take the win against Nyck Shirkey.
