Sammie Lee Clowney Jr.
- Black Male, 6’02” 225 lbs
- DOB 11/20/1979 36 years of age
- Black hair, Brown eyes
- Clowney’s last known address was Baltimore MD but it was found to be invalid
- Clowney is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Bench Warrant issued in July 2015 for Failure to Obey a Court Order on the charge of CDS Obtain by Fraud
- There is no preset bond, he must be brought before the court
- The State will extradite him from the states surrounding MD
Keshawn Lamar Costen
- Black Male, 5’11” 128 lbs
- DOB 07/07/1991 25 years of age
- Black hair, Brown eyes
- Costen’s last known address was Salisbury MD
- Costen is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued for Violation of Probation in December 2013 on the charge of Assault 2nd
- The state will extradite him from DE and VA
Quana Devole Dennis
- Black Male, 5’11” 200 lbs
- DOB 05/15/1972 44 years of age
- Black hair, Brown eyes
- Dennis’ last known address was Pocomoke MD
- Dennis is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued for Failure to Appear in April 2015 for a Violation of Probation hearing on the charge of Criminal Child Support
- There is no preset bond, he must be brought before the court
- The state will extradite him from DE and VA
Shantell Monique Green
- Black Female, 5’02” 105 lbs
- DOB 12/06/1988 27 years of age
- Brown hair, Brown eyes
- Green’s last known address was Salisbury MD
- She also uses the name Shantell Laurice Florence
- Green is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on two District Court Bench Warrant issued for Failure to Appear in December 2013 and April 2014 for Violation of Probation Hearings on Theft charges
- The total preset bond is $15,000
Laurie Joy Hayes
- White Female 5’06” 200 lbs
- DOB 12/31/1975 40 years of age
- Brown hair, Hazel eyes
- Hayes’ last known address was Salisbury MD
- Hayes is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Bench Warrant issued for Failure to Appear for a Violation of Probation hearing in December 2014 on the charges of Disorderly Conduct, Disturb Peace Hinder Passage, Indecent Exposure, False Statement to Officer
- And on a District Court Bench Warrant issued in March 2015 for Violation of Probation on the charge of DWI
- The total preset bond is $30,000
- The state will extradite her from the states surrounding MD
Russell Guy Perry

- DOB 05/19/1985 31 years of age
- Blond hair, Blue eyes
- Perry’s last known address was Edgewood MD but he is believed to have moved to Delmar MD
- Perry is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a District Court Bench Warrant issued in September 2013 for Violation of Probation on the charge of Burglary 4th degree
