- DOB 02/09/1992 24 years of age, turns 25 this week
- Brown hair, Blue eyes
- Clark’s last known address was Salisbury MD but he may have left the
state - Clark is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on two District Court Bench
Warrants issued in September 2016 for Violation of Probation on the
charges of Theft less $1000 and Rogue and Vagabond - The total preset bond is $100,000
- The State will extradite him from the states surrounding MD
Phillip Dean Farrell Sr.
- White Male, 6’01” 192 lbs.
- DOB 11/17/1959 57 years of age
- Gray hair, Blue eyes
- Farrell’s last known addresses were Salisbury or Delmar MD
- Farrell is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a Circuit Court Bench
Warrant issued for Violation of Probation in February 2016 on the
