- Bowen’s last known address was Salisbury MD
- Bowen is wanted by the Sheriff’s Office on a Circuit Court Bench Warrant issued in 2019 for Failure to Appear for a Show Cause hearing on the charges of CDS Possess not Marijuana
- The total preset bond is $500
- The State will extradite him from Delaware and Virginia.
Michael Anthony Butler Jr.
