Crab Hash with Ocean Odyssey

We’re pairing the two in the DelmarvaLife kitchen! Chef Travis Todd with Ocean Odyssey in Cambridge teaches us the recipe for crab hash.
- Crab meat
- Whole potatoes
- Vegetables of your choosing
- Sour Cream
- Shred potatoes to make hash.
- Saute crab meat and vegetables in pan.
- Place hash on plate and add crab/vegetable mixture on top.
- Top with sour cream.
