Crab Dip with Lefty’s Alley And Eats

Executive Chef Tom Kramer from Lefty’s Alley And Eats in Lewes is here showing us how to make their signature crab dip ahead of next week’s event Top Chef of the Culinary Coast. The event is May 31 at 5 pm and proceeds benefit Meals on Wheels Lewes-Rehoboth. Learn more about the event here.
- 1 lb Cream cheese (softened)
- ½ lb Grated cheddar jack cheese + ½ lb for baking
- ¼ Cup tomatoes (medium diced)
- 1 oz Pickled jalapenos (small dice)
- 1 oz Lemon juice
- ½ oz Old bay
- ½ lb Crab meat
