COVID-19 Restrictions Could Lead to Rate Decrease for DEC Customers

Delaware Electric Cooperative‘s Board of Directors will vote on a proposed rate decrease at a special meeting to be held on May 20th. Due to COVID-19 gathering restrictions, the meeting will be held via teleconference. Coop President and CEO, Bill Andrew lets us know what that could mean for the 102,000 members.
