Sean visits the Delmar Public Library to play Jenga made out of 12-pack cardboard soda containers, and learn all about their upcoming fundraising event.
Assistant Director Jessica Webb tells us that the Delmar Public Library moved to a temporary location two years ago in order to build a new library. However, library officials need more funds because they are over budget. There are ways where you can help push this project along.
The Hubcaps are performing on Sat., Nov. 5 from 7-11 p.m. at the Wicomico Youth & Civic Center in Salisbury, Md. Tickets are $50 and the proceeds help fund the new library. Buy your ticket here.
You can also order a commemorative brick which will be placed in the new library’s courtyard here.
