Buffalo Fried Oysters with Suicide Bridge Restaurant

We’re making buffalo fried oysters in the DelmarvaLife kitchen with Chef Thomas O’Neill from Suicide Bridge Restaurant.
Buffalo Fried Oysters
- 1 pint select oysters
- 1 pint hot sauce (whatever brand you prefer)
- ~1lb House Autry seafood breader
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/4 milk
- A few shakes of Worcestershire sauce
Dredge the oysters in the breader then drop them in the hot sauce then dredge them back in the breader. Deep fry at 350 degrees. Mix the ingredients for the dipping sauce.
