Banana Pudding and Kentucky Butter Pound Cake with CoCo Couture
Tiffany Baird, owner of CoCo Couture, joins us in the Kirby and Holloway Kitchen.
She’s showing us to make Banana Pudding and Kentucky Butter Pound Cake. The recipes are below.
Coco’s Banana Pudding
- 2 boxes of vanilla pudding
- 1 14oz. Can of condensed milk
- 1 tub of cool whip
- 1 box of vanilla wafers
- 3-4 bananas
- 2 tsp vanilla
Mix together or layer it that’s optional. Also refrigerate overnight! Try not to eat it, it’s so much better the next day.
Butter Cake
- 3 c. Flour
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Butter Glaze
- 1/3 c. Butter melted
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp Vanilla
Mix all dry Ingredients together. Cream sugar, butter and eggs. Then add flour mixture, then milk, then flour mixture. Bake on 350, once out of the oven poke holes on top and pour half the glaze mixture. Once cool, turn cake over then pour the other half of glaze mixture and finish with powdered sugar!
