Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf: DelmarvaLife Facebook Live Recipe – Nov. 29, 2017
Chef Jacob was full of knowledge and really taught us a lot about cooking in our most recent Facebook Live Show.
We made bacon wrapped meatloaf with Chef Jacob of Brick Works Brewing and Eats. It was delicious! This dish is a crowd favorite at the restaurant and you can stop by Brick Works in Smyrna, Del. and try it out for yourself. They also make great burgers, desserts, and Sunday brunch.
Chef Jacob said their restaurant also offers vegetarian dishes and he enjoys making them as well. He also says, he enjoys paring new brews from the brewery wish his dishes.

Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf:
- Meatloaf mixture – 1/3 ground pork, 1/3 ground beef, 1/3 ground veal
- 2 eggs
- Dijon mustard
- Parmesan cheese
- Panko bread crumbs
- Applewood smoked bacon
- Chipotle peppers
- Garlic powder
- Red peppers
- Fingerling potatoes
- Bacon tomato jam
- BBQ sauce
